This listing covers flagship-designated flagship centers only. The full Humanitas Trust network includes 3,400+ facilities across all regions, including regional centers, district facilities, and mobile assessment deployments. Use the center search above to locate your specific designated center.

Continuity Center facilities are designed and constructed in partnership with Halverstone Architectural to a unified Humanitas Trust facility specification — the same standard, replicated identically in every city we serve.

Center Standards

Every center. Identical standard.

The most important thing to understand about the Humanitas Trust center network is that your assessment experience will be the same regardless of which center you attend. Whether you are seen at the New York Flagship Center or at a regional district center in a smaller city, the assessment protocol is identical, the practitioner certification standard is identical, and the data fidelity of your resulting record is identical.

This consistency is not a design aspiration — it is a GCI Charter requirement, enforced through mandatory biannual center audits conducted by GCI Operations compliance teams. Centers that do not meet the standard are suspended from assessments until compliance is restored.

Your continuity record, wherever it is updated, is held to the same standard everywhere it has ever been written.

Facility Standard
Continuity Assessment Environment

All centers operate a minimum of one dedicated continuity assessment environment, configured to GCI Ops Protocol 4.1 specifications.

Practitioner Requirement
Continuity-Certified Staff

Every practitioner conducting assessments holds current continuity certification, renewed on a biannual basis through the GCI Practitioner Registry.

Data Standard
GCI Data Charter Article VII

All participant data captured at any center is transmitted, stored, and maintained under the full provisions of GCI Data Charter Article VII.

Audit Cycle
Biannual Compliance Review

Every center in the network undergoes independent GCI compliance audit every 24 months. Results are published in the GCI Annual Compliance Registry.
